Evolution of our Workout Tracker
We couldn't find a workout tracker to suit so we created our own, even though we had no idea where to start!
On this page, you can see the first version we created. It was primarily based on the tracker that we were using but we always felt that was missing something.
We started with a colour cover but black & white interior - this kept the cost down and perhaps is a future option for us.
The workout tracker we were using, did not have a place to write down our plans for each workout. So a key addition was to add a number of pages to record a variety of different workout plans, for example, "Upper Body 1", "Legs 2".
This was a really important addition for us as it meant we could store all our plans in the same book as the one we track our progress, rather than have the plans on our phone or on a separate sheet of paper that we kept losing!
Tracking
A further addition was to include an area to record your progress the last time you followed a specific plan. This is the 'previous' box and it makes it easier to compare your current workout with the previous one
